1.3 Request for C content:
Marked in the quality certificate, used to calculate carbon content or the chemical composition of welding crack sensitivity index. The carbon content and welding crack sensitivity index of different codes and all grade steel plates should be consistent with the provisions of the following table. To calculate the carbon content and welding crack sensitivity index with Melting analysis value and according to calculating formula (1) or (2).  Generally, deliver as per carbon content, otherwise beforehand agreement.
